Counselling, Psychotherapy and CBT in London

Based in Islington, our team of counsellors and psychologists are ready to help

The Ändern Centre London is a service that offers counselling, psychotherapy and cognitive behaviour therapy.

We use a variety of counselling approaches, integrating techniques as best suits each client. We treat each client as someone with individual needs, and tailor our approach accordingly.

One of the most common motives for people to seek the help of a psychologist or counsellor is the desire for some kind of change in their lives. Another key reason people seek counselling is assistance and support in coping with personal difficulties.

Whatever the issues, we keep clients' objectives central to the counselling delivered. Helping people achieve their goals is at the very core of our service.

We offer places on several fee schemes based on an individual's income and means. We offer either short or long term counselling. We also offer evening appointments.

As we do not operate waiting lists, over ninety percent of clients are offered a first counselling appointment within a week of contacting the practice.

Our team of counsellors work in a professional, comfortable practice located in Islington, London. We are near Angel, Highbury & Islington and Old Street tube stations.
